Initial Meeting

Initial Meetings are held to review the internship expectations as well as set goals for the experience. Mr. Burns reviews the required hours, documentation, and expectations of the student while the site supervisor explains what the student's role will be at the organization. Together, they develop three goals that will drive the focus of the internship. The Internship Agreement Form will be completed during this meeting.

Mid-Semester Meeting

Students meet with Mr. Burns halfway through the semester to discuss their experiences. Students will complete the Mid-Semester Reflection Sheet prior to the meeting.

Final Meeting

At the end of the semester, students will meet with Mr. Burns to review the experience. Students will complete the Final Reflection Sheet prior to the meeting. Topics reviewed will include internship experience, completion of goals, and future career interests. Mr. Burns will notify students of the Pass/Fail status at this meeting.
