Internship Agreement Form

Students will complete the Internship Agreement Form during the first meeting with Mr. Burns and the Site Supervisor. We collaboratively develop three goals that students work on during their internship. Students are able to complete relevant tasks outside of these goals.

Weekly Hour Log

Students are responsible for keeping track of the hours they work and the tasks they complete. Mr. Burns and the Site Supervisors have access to this form to keep track of student progress.

Mid-Semester Reflection

At the halfway point in the semester, students will complete the Mid-Semester Reflection and discuss their experience with Mr. Burns.

Final Reflection

At the end of the semester, students will complete the Final Reflection and discuss their experience with Mr. Burns.
